Whisper-soft and refined, this white wine is an ode to elegance. Its floral notes and delicate freshness make it the perfect companion for life’s quieter pleasures, an impromptu apéritif as the sun dips low, or a candlelit dinner by the sea. A sip of Mediterranean serenity, pure and timeless.

  • An exceptionally brilliant pale yellow colour with emerald highlights.
  • A nose of refined elegance, revealing crystalline, sun-kissed floral notes and a fruity palette with hints of pear, exotic fruit and apricot.
  • The palate has a lively attack, revealing a generous, tender and greedy texture. The silky texture and chiselled notes of white flowers and crisp citrus fruits offer an aromatic range rich in fresh white-fleshed fruit, nectarine, pineapple and lemon. The finish is smooth and lingering, with hints of honey.

Our vines are meticulously selected by plot, thriving in mineral-rich schist soil. Harvested at optimal maturity during the night. Direct pressing with a gentle pneumatic press to extract the aromatic essence. Cold settling and juice selection. Addition of yeast to the must. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks.
