Rooted and expressive, this red speaks with depth and warmth. Round on the palate and rich in character, it unfolds slowly like a meaningful conversation by the fire or a shared meal under the stars. Whether at a rustic autumn table or a summer barbecue, it’s a heartfelt tribute to the terroir and the stories it tells.

  • Deep, richly coloured with ruby highlights.
  • Expressive nose, revealing intense aromas of red and black berries, accompanied by hints of liquorice.
  • Full-bodied on the palate, with firm tannins and a fluid texture on the finish. Its aromatic intensity is marked by fruity notes of raspberries and cherries, cocoa and spices. The finish is marked by a pleasant freshness, evolving towards delicate peppery nuances and subtle scents of pinewood.

Our vines are meticulously selected by plot, thriving in mineral-rich schist soil. Harvested at optimal maturity during the night. Direct pressing with a gentle pneumatic press to extract the aromatic essence. Cold settling and juice selection. Addition of yeast to the must. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks.

  • Honey-glazed duck breast
  • Matured rib of beef
  • Stuffed Provençal vegetables
  • Prawn and chorizo risotto
  • Red fruit crumble
  • Located on a seaside estate
  • Facing the Golden Islands of Hyeres
  • Maritime micro-climate
  • Schist soil with clay and silica components
  • 43 hectares of vines in production
  • Average age of 30 years
