Like a sunrise over the vineyards, this rosé captures the essence of Provence in full bloom. Fresh, radiant, and fruit-forward, it brings to life the spirit of long summer afternoons, where time slows, laughter flows, and every moment feels golden. In each glass, a celebration of lightness, joy, and the South of France.

  • Bright, luminous colour, light pink with salmon highlights.
  • Intense, fruity nose, with notes of peach, exotic fruit, citrus and crisp red fruit.
  • Full and salivating on the palate, with flavours reminiscent of sweets, lychee and subtle notes of peppery rose. The finish is silky, enhanced by a touch of salinity offering freshness.

Our vines are meticulously selected by plot, thriving in mineral-rich schist soil. Harvested at optimal maturity during the night. Direct pressing with a gentle pneumatic press to extract the aromatic essence. Cold settling and juice selection. Addition of yeast to the must. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks.

  • Bouillabaisse
  • Grilled fish
  • Asian and spicy dishes
  • Grilled prawns
  • Red fruit sabayon
  • Located on a seaside estate
  • Facing the Golden Islands of Hyeres
  • Maritime micro-climate
  • Schist soil with clay and silica components
  • 43 hectares of vines in production
  • Average age of 30 years
