This cuvée marks the birth of the 10th generation: a heartfelt tribute to Olivier Tezenas’ first granddaughter, a symbol of tenderness and the promise of the future.
Our vines are meticulously selected by plot, thriving in mineral-rich schist soil. Harvested at optimal maturity during the night. Direct pressing with a gentle pneumatic press to extract the aromatic essence. Cold settling and juice selection. Addition of yeast to the must. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks.
