This age-worthy white embodies the grace and purity of time unfolding. LOUISE, a limited and numbered edition, captures the finesse and structure of a great Provençal white, crafted to age with elegance. An intimate tribute to Olivier Tézenas’ youngest daughter, this cuvée is a promise, a future shaped by legacy and inspired by heritage.

  • Bright, intense colour with golden highlights.
  • Fresh, complex nose exuding a fruity fragrance, with aromas of citrus, roasted pineapple, coconut and vanilla enhanced by notes of exotic fruit.
  • The palate is rich, unctuous and surprisingly fresh, thanks to its citrus aromas. The finish is caressing and luscious, with aromas of mango and exotic fruit. Subtle floral notes add a touch of elegance.

Our meticulously selected grape varieties thrive in mineral-rich schistose-clay soil. The grapes are harvested at night, at optimum ripeness. Direct pneumatic pressing extracts the quintessential aromas from each grape variety.
Louise is vinified and matured in blonde toast barrels for 6 months, with regular stirring of the lees at the start of the maturing process.
